Winemaker Dinner with Thomas Pennachetti of Cave Spring Vineyard

As part of our Winemaker Dinner Series, Nicks on Broadway is proud to welcome owner/winemaker Thomas Pennachetti of Cave Spring Vineyard, located in Beamsville Bench, Ontario, Canada, along with Ross Bouchard of HB Wine Merchants, for this very special evening. For over four decades, the Pennachetti family has worked to establish Niagara as a world-class wine region, planting varietals and producing delicious wines that express the unique terroir of the region. Sustainability and respect for the environment have been at the forefront of growth and development for the vineyard, dictating everything from the selection of varietals and growing plots to production and packaging practices. This commitment to quality, the environment and community makes these wines a perfect fit for Nicks on Broadway as we prioritize supporting our local farmers who care for the land. Chef Derek will be featuring local ingredients of the season that pair perfectly with these special wines. We hope you can join us! 

Arrival time is 6pm, and the evening will start with a reception followed by a seated dinner.

Dinner is $150 per guest, which includes 5 courses of food and wine pairings. Tax, gratuity, and any additional beverages are not included. Please let us know of any allergies in advance. All wines will be available for purchase with The Savory Grape.

Please Note: A deposit  is required to secure the reservation for parties of 8 or larger. The deposit is $10 per person and will be applied to the bill at the time of the reservation. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if cancelled less than 48hrs prior to the reservation time, or if there is a failure to arrive for the reservation.
